This policy explains how the CybTX division handles information submitted through the website and service request form.

CybTX is the Information Technology and Cybersecurity division of Travel X Information Technology and Electronic Marketing Limited.
Information we collect
The service request form collects the information you enter, including your name, company when provided, email address or phone number, selected service or need, request description, and recommendation or product context when you arrive from the guided journey.
Why we use it
We use this information to understand the request, store its reference, review the need, contact you through the details you provided, and follow up on a service or contractual relationship when one is established.
Sale and limited sharing
We do not sell your data. Sharing is limited to what is necessary to operate the website, store the request, provide a service, meet applicable requirements, or connect to an external provider that you choose through a disclosed link.
Retention
Lead data that does not become a contractual relationship is retained for 12 months. Actual customer data is governed by the contractual relationship and its related requirements.
Correction and deletion
You may request correction or deletion through sales@cybtx.online, subject to information that must be retained for applicable or contractual reasons.
Analytics and external services
Analytics is disabled in R1 and no analytics provider is loaded. The website may link to disclosed external services such as WhatsApp, the client portal, or a verified purchase destination; those services are governed by their own policies.
