Renewal and billing

Renewal is not automatic. Each renewal uses a new invoice. Taxes are calculated according to the invoice, country, and applicable requirements.

Due date and suspension

The grace period is two days. Service may be suspended after the grace period if the invoice remains unpaid. Data is retained for one month after suspension.

Refund and activation

No refund is available after activation except for a CybTX error or an approved exception. Activation begins after payment confirmation and completion of the required prerequisites.

Backup

Backup is an optional paid or additional service. The customer remains responsible for maintaining an independent backup.

Changes, upgrades, and availability

Upgrades and changes are subject to scope, cost, and availability. CybTX applies reasonable efforts to availability; no SLA is implied unless separately approved by agreement.

Account responsibility and use

The customer is responsible for account credentials. Unlawful, harmful, or out-of-scope use is prohibited, and misuse may result in suspension or termination.

Law and contractual relationship

These terms are interpreted and applied under relevant requirements and in line with the contractual agreement and approved invoice for each service.
